NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Village of Freeville, NY will hold a special meeting at the Freeville Village Hall, 5 Factory Street, on Tuesday September 19th, at 7:00 PM to conduct a review of a site plan application and hold a public hearing for the drilling of a new well at 9 Groton Ave.
