Winter Parking Rules in Effect Nov. 1st
From November 1 to April 30, 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., there is no parking on Freeville’s streets. This is for the benefit of village and county snowplows. Remember that the street cannot be used as a storage place for such things as hitch trailers, boats, unlicensed cars, etc.
